In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Please note, commissions and custom orders are normally not refundable as they are made specifically for you. However, please get in contact if there is a problem with your product and we will do our best to sort it out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this requirement.
